Located in a beautiful tropical garden, 20 meters apart, we offer the combination of Villa 25 and 27. They are located on the first floor, and each offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal when you are with a larger group and still appreciate the opportunity for privacy.

Our villas are located at the beautiful Blue Bay Golf Resort. The beach at the resort is one of the most beautiful beaches in Curacao. You walk in a few minutes from the villa through the beautiful tropical garden, along the pool, to the beautiful white sandy beach.

Our six persons villa is fully equipped. The villa has three bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. You will find a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and American fridge. The beds are very comfortable with top-deck mattresses.

The spacious veranda (70m2) is involved in the living area using sliding doors. The veranda offers a beautiful living environment with seating, a dining table, and two couches, surrounded by a tropical garden. The convenient location allows you to sunbathe and enjoy the view in the shade, have breakfast, dinner, and drinks outside.

Notes

The economic use of energy and water is very important to us. Therefore, we have chosen to charge energy and water separately. The average cost for water and electricity is €13 per day when using the air conditioners only at night in the bedrooms. The energy consumption of the new air conditioner in the living room is yet to be estimated, but it is expected to be around €2 to €3 per hour. For a more economical option, we recommend regulating the temperature in the living room by keeping the door and sliding doors open. We will settle the amount at the end of your stay based on meter readings and actual utility rates

Interim cleaning:

For stays longer than a week, we recommend an interim weekly cleaning. The cleaning team cleans the bathrooms and the extra toilet. All beds get clean sheets, and the towels are changed. The kitchen gets a light cleaning (no dishes), and the villa is swept and mopped. You can also request this service every 4 or 5 days. The price is € 95/per villa.

Payment of the rent:

Immediately after you have booked, 50% of the rent and the deposit must be transferred. At least six weeks before the arrival date, the remaining 50% should be transferred. Cancellation less than three months before the arrival date does not lead to any refund of money paid. Advice: take out travel and cancellation insurance.

Deposit:

A security deposit of € 350/per villa must be paid. Within a few days after check-out, this deposit will be returned, possibly minus costs for repairing any damage found to the property. The consumption costs of water and energy will be deducted from the deposit.

Neighborhood

Blue Bay (Blue Bay) is located in the 220-hectare luxury Blue Bay Curaçao Golf & Beach Resort and is centrally located on the south coast of Curaçao. It is a great base to visit the most beautiful beaches, national parks, cultural sites, and attractions. Historic Willemstad is just 15 car minutes away. There, the floating pontoon bridge connects the two districts of the city - Punda and Otrobanda. 

There is a fun party to be found every night on the island for partygoers.

At about 5 minutes by car from the resort is a supermarket, where you can buy everything including delicious fresh products.

Transport

Because the island has so much beauty to offer, we advise you to rent a car. At Hato International Airport, you will find the regular car rental companies, but we can also give you tips for local rental companies to rent a car at competitive rates.
